Welcome to Support3, a product of Chennchuu Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services.

1. Definitions

Services: The Support3 platform, including any software, APIs, or tools we provide.
Customer Data: Any data you provide through the Services, including conversation transcripts, tickets, and other related inputs.
Authorized Users: Individuals you authorize to access the Services on your behalf.

2. Use of Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

Resell, lease, or distribute the Services.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of all Customer Data.
We do not access, view, or use your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.
Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for improving our Services.

4. Security and Confidentiality

Encryption: We use encryption at rest and in transit to protect your data.
Access Controls: Only authorized personnel under strict confidentiality agreements may access data for operational purposes.

5. Third-Party Tools

The Services may incorporate third-party AI tools. These tools process data in real time without using it for model training or other purposes outside of your requests.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Services.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the agreed purposes or as required by law.
Upon termination or your request, we will delete data per our retention policies.

8. Payment Terms

Fees for the Services are outlined in your Order Form.
Payments must be made within the specified time frame, and late payments may incur interest.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claims will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
